Refund policy

The girls here at J10 hope you love your purchase. We are aware that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for store credit only within 14 business days of receiving your order with all original tags attached.  We do not offer REFUNDS.

After this time frame, your item will not be eligible for return.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order.
